The Lodges at… operate a strict no smoking policy as per current legislation. We also do not allow pets.

How to book

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and are held for 7 days.

Bookings must be confirmed/secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30%. This can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to The Lodges at.

The balance of your booking is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a damage / key loss deposit of £500. This further deposit will be returned to you following a departure check and keys have been returned to us.

Care of property

Clients should take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in, on or associated with the property. Each property must be left in the same state of repair, clean and tidy condition on departure as it was on arrival.

Breakages or damage

The Client is legally bound to notify The Lodges at… or JuKe Property Management of any breakages or damage to the property and reimburse them for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs as required.

Liability

The Lodges at…do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, 75% of the total booking fee is liable.

In the event of cancellation within 10 days of arrival the full booking fee is non refundable.
