1. Is the property offered ‘deeded property’?

2. What percentage fraction is being offering?
One twelth

3. Are the weeks offered fixed or variable?

4. Is the building completed yet?
Yes

5. Exactly what does ownership include?

6. If finance is required, how do you recommend I finance the purchase?
If you require finance, we can forward your details to our preferred finance house.

7. Can I test the reservation process and visit a property within the club’s portfolio before joining?
Yes

8. If I decide to purchase a fractional share in a property, can I change my mind, and if so, by when?
Yes, subject to legal terms and conditions.

9. What is the process if I wish to sell my fraction in the property at any time in the future?
There are two options availble to you. You can either sell direct or through The Lodges at…

10. What additional services does fractional ownership cover (eg. concierge, car rental, airport pick up / drop off) and are there any extra costs?
All basic services are provided by JuKe Property Management and are included within the annual management fee. Juke Property Management also offer a comprehensive list of services over and above the basic services and prices are available on request.

11. Does the company have plans to raise prices – if so, when and by what rate and what factors would influence such price increases in the future?
The Lodges at… intend to implement a phased release. A special introductory rate for early purchase is restricted to six purchases. A percentage increase will apply to the next six fractions released and so on.

12. Are photos and floorplans available for the properties and are their any ownership rules – eg. are pets and is smoking allowed?
All photographs and floor plans are available on our website. All properties operate a strict no smoking and no pet policy.

13. What other amenities can I expect at each resort – eg. access to vehicles, golf cart and professional access (where applicable)

14. Does the property complex partner with travel agencies, jet, yacht services or have access to any other assets?
The Lodges at… are currently in negotiation with various organisations and developments/updates will be published when available.

15. Who owns the properties at present and what happens if the property company fails?
The properties are owned by Ferntown Ltd at present but will transfer to fraction owners when a minimum number of fractions have been sold.
