From Edinburgh City Centre (Multimap Link)

Follow signs for A1 South via Regent Road (A1) and London Road (A1); continue on to Portobello Road (A1140) and after 1 mile bear right on to Sir Harry Lauder Road (A199); continue on the A199 for 1.5 miles continuing through cross roads and over round-about until you reach the A1; after approx. 11.3 miles exit A1 at the Gladsmuir Junction; take first exit onto B6363 (signposted Longniddry); continue on until you reach the low bridge at Longniddry; turn right onto Main Street, Longniddry (A198) and continue on to roundabout; take the first left and continue on A198 for around 0.5 miles; turn right at T-junction and continue on the A198 for a further 2.3 miles until you reach Aberlady and The Lodges at… Aberlady (signposted).

Continue on A1 until you reach Haddington and follow signs for A199; continue on A199 to next roundabout and take third exit signposted Aberlady A6137; continue on A6137 for 4.5 miles and bear left on to High Street, Aberlady; continue on for approx. 0.2 miles until you reach The Lodges at… Aberlady (signposted).

How to book

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and are held for 7 days.

Bookings must be confirmed/secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30%. This can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to The Lodges at.

The balance of your booking is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a damage / key loss deposit of £500. This further deposit will be returned to you following a departure check and keys have been returned to us.

Care of property

Clients should take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in, on or associated with the property. Each property must be left in the same state of repair, clean and tidy condition on departure as it was on arrival.

Breakages or damage

The Client is legally bound to notify The Lodges at… or JuKe Property Management of any breakages or damage to the property and reimburse them for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs as required.

Liability

The Lodges at…do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, 75% of the total booking fee is liable.

In the event of cancellation within 10 days of arrival the full booking fee is non refundable.

The Lodges at… are pleased to offer the opportunity to experience our exclusive four and five bedroom holiday homes in the picturesque East Lothian village of Aberlady.

Our properties are furnished to an exceptionally high standard and are available to rent at very competitive rates. With prices starting at as little as £1,200 per week, there is no better base to enjoy your stay in East Lothian.

The Lodges at… Aberlady offer six levels of service: Hole-in-One, Albatross, Eagle, Birdie 1 & 2 and Par. Details are as follows:

January to December

‘Hole-in-One’

The care-free way to enjoy The Lodges at… Aberlady experience. We will cater for your every requirement during your stay. Start the day with your choice of breakfast. Whether it is the full Scottish, Continental, or just a simple bowl of cereal, breakfast will be prepared to order.

After your exertions on the golf course, return to the comfort of your lodges and enjoy a freshly cooked 5-course dinner. Pre-dinner drinks and a bottle of house wine per guest are included.

Your property will be fully serviced daily, and a conscientious concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay.

‘Peffer’ (based on a maximum of eight occupants): £5,900.00 per week

‘Aber’ (based on a maximum of ten occupants): £6,700.00 per week

April to October

‘Albatross’

Breakfast will be served how you want it through out your stay while you can enjoy a 5-course dinner served on three evenings. Pre-dinner drinks and a bottle of house wine per person is included in the price.

With a little notice, we can organise food and beverage shopping on your behalf while our comprehensive concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay.

Your lodges will be fully serviced daily.

‘Peffer’ (based on a maximum of eight occupants): £4,400.00 per week

‘Aber’ (based on a maximum of ten occupants): £4,800 per week

‘Eagle’

Enjoy breakfast prepared to your specifications throughout your stay. We will also arrange a general tidy of your lodge each morning.

‘Aber’ (based on a maximum of ten occupants): £3,400.00 per week

‘Birdie 1’

4 Nights Bed & Breakfast with breakfast prepared the way you like it. We will also give your lodge a general tidy each morning.

‘Birdie 2’

3 Nights Bed & Breakfast with breakfast prepared the way you like it. We will also give your lodge a general tidy each morning.
